The Rainbow's Promise: "In between God's rainbows of promise are the storms of life, and in the storms God's people find themselves." This quote aptly expresses why we created this website after meeting as charter members of a non-profit oraganization whose service focus is helping people with brain-related disorders. The Pilot International. After our chartering, I shared several of the poems God inspired me to write; some that helped me through the mood swings of bipolar disorder, and my favorites about sharing the joys of being ALIVE and the blessings of having countless wonderful people in my life. One such "guardian Angel" is my friend who took time away from her job and husband to use her expertise with the computer to create an awesome website to post and illustrate my poetry. We used God's sign of hope as our inspiration to create The Rainbow's Promise. Since it takes both rain and sunshine to make a rainbow, it's a reminder that the blending of different people and experiences along life's spectrum creates it's beauty. My friend's artistic display brings new life to the prose and poetry so it can be shared with others.
